Practical rules for handling unidentified shipments, false notifications, alarms and evacuation rules.

In this topic, participants will be introduced to practical principles of recognizing and responding to an unknown or suspicious package that may pose a threat to life and health. Procedures for safely alerting appropriate services (Police, Border Guard, emergency services) and appropriate methods for communicating information about a threat will be discussed. Participants will also learn how the evacuation process works – from activating alarm signals, through leading people out of the danger zone, to organizing assembly points and cooperating with intervening forces. The goal is to develop a reflex of a quick, calm, and procedurally sound response, minimizing the risk of panic and chaos in a situation of real danger.

Aktualne zagrożenie dla Polski i Europy

"New Security Geopolitics: How Is Hybrid Warfare Changing the Security Market?"

1.1. Geopolitical Context

  • War in Ukraine, NATO-Russia tensions, migration pressure, energy crisis.
  • Hybrid warfare = a combination of military operations, propaganda, cyberattacks, and economic pressure.

1.2. Impact on the Security Market

  • The growing importance of infrastructure and information protection, not just "guards and cameras."
  • Attacks also affect private companies, not just the military and administration.

1.3. Sample Scenarios

  • Sabotage of railways, energy, and telecommunications.
  • Disinformation undermining trust in security services and companies.

 1.4. Conclusions for Businesses

  • Customers expect business continuity and incident preparedness.
  • Collaboration between physical security and IT/cyber departments is necessary.
  • Staff should understand the mechanisms of hybrid warfare.

"Borders, Energy, Infrastructure: The Most Important Threat Vectors for Poland"

2.1. Critical Infrastructure in Practice

  • Key sectors: energy, transport, communications, water, health, finance.
  • Their failure paralyzes the functioning of the state and businesses.

2.2. Borders and Hybrid Pressure

  •  Managed migration, provocations, sabotage at the border.
  • Increased demands on ports, terminals, and logistics centers.

2.3. Energy and Supply Chains

  • Attacks on energy grids, warehouses, and fuel terminals.
  • The increasingly strong interconnection of physical and cyber threats.

2.4. The Perspective of Security Company/Integrator Management

  •  Questions: What is "critical" for our client and where are we in the supply chain?
  • Risk maps, crisis exercises, and new services are needed: consulting, monitoring, and response.
